Effective immediately, no new task orders shall be written for this contract. Any existing work that was authorized through a task order issued prior to this date will be permitted to continue.

In addition to other emergency supplies, equipment and services contracts available for state and cooperative purchasing partners use, the State of New Jersey has entered into an emergent need contract under EO 104 for removal of debris from State or Local Government entity roads and properties.
