The Division of Pensions and Benefits has suspended all non-essential services due to precautionary measures related to COVID-19. Services deemed essential are being provided on a limited basis.
April 1 retirement benefits are being processed and will be distributed on the normal schedule.
The April 1 deadline for SHBP and SEHBP retired members to apply for reimbursement of Medicare Part B premiums has been extended until May 1, 2020.
The Division’s Call Center is operating with reduced staff on a limited schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed Fridays. We are only accepting calls of an emergency nature that directly affect the health and welfare of our members or retirees. Callers should expect extended wait times. If your inquiry is of a routine nature, please do not call and contact us at a later date.
All in-person counseling services and in-classroom seminars and training sessions are suspended. A limited schedule of Webinars remains available.

Walk-in counseling is extremely limited and we cannot guarantee that you will be seen without an appointment.
Appointments are limited to 30 minutes and a member may only have one scheduled appointment at any time.
Due to time constraints, please make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be seen on a first come, first serve basis after scheduled appointments are taken.
